It’s ok not to be ok….

Sometimes life can feel a little rough and unsettled.... It's ok not to feel happy, not to be productive, not to feel in control. You don't have to rush to change things or do what you 'should' do. Sometimes you just need to sit with it for a while... That's how I felt yesterday.

When you feel ready you can take action towards the things that help you to feel better. For me that might mean some time for self care, exercise, reading, journalling, meditation or just a cuppa. It might mean reaching out to a friend. Or it might mean jumping into action and moving towards my goals...

There's no right way to feel, no right way to do things. But learning to acknowledge our feelings and validate ourselves is so important.
And there is always someone out there if you want some support.
